How long does a print take?
Canvas and framed prints usually ship within 3 to 5 business days and arrive in about a week in the US. Paper prints and gifts are similar. Post physical cards by December 14 for the holidays.
What if the portrait isn't right?
You see the portrait before you order anything. Three free repaints per portrait if it doesn't look like them, and nothing is printed until you choose a size and pay.
Do I get the digital file too?
Yes. Every print order unlocks the clean file at up to 4K for free.
How faithful are the faces?
The model is instructed to reproduce each face with photographic fidelity: face shape, eyes, skin tone, hairstyle, even tattoos. Style applies to the painting, never to identity.
What do I get?
Watermarked previews are free to make. Unlocking gives you a clean 2K file, and wall-art formats include a 4K version for printing.
