The service

Portraitly generates artistic portraits from photos you upload using AI image models. An automated review compares each result with your photos before it is shown, but results vary and are not guaranteed to be an accurate likeness. Portraits are labelled as AI-generated where a platform requires it.

Your photos and consent

You may only upload photos you own or have permission to use, and only of people who have consented (or whose guardian has consented) to having their likeness used to create a portrait for you. You must not upload images of public figures or any unlawful content.

Credits and refunds

Credits are prepaid, do not expire, and are non-transferable. A credit spent on a generation that fails is refunded automatically. Credits spent to unlock a download are final once the file is delivered. Purchases are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law.

Ownership

You own the portraits you unlock and may use them for personal purposes, including printing. Watermarked previews may be shared but not sold. We do not use your photos to train models.

Acceptable use

No sexual, violent, deceptive or hateful content. Requests refused by the model's safety filters are refunded but count toward rate limits; repeated abuse leads to account closure.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
